I am Rahul Sharma, currently deputed in Norway Oslo.
I accidentally misplaced my Airtel sim card which was active here in Norway. All my accounts and credit cards are linked to that number and it’s really critical for the number to be working all the time. I reported the incident on 5th March and have followed all the documentation procedures that was asked by the Mumbai Appellate team through my representative (younger brother). On 12th March I was given assurance that my number will be active within 48 hours but in vain all the promises and commitments were faltered. This careless attitude of the retail store and the Appellate has been troublesome for us both(me & my brother) as we have called and informed the Appellate of the situation again and again but we only get false commitments in return. And since Appellate is the highest escalation point in the escalation chain there is no one except consumer court wherein I can seek some help from in getting this resolved.
I am attaching the proofs that we insisted; should be provided. Below are the names of the executes that are handling my case at airtel store-Chembur
Mr. Sandeep Mishra- store manager
Mr. Pankaj – executive
Mr. Raghunath
Ms. Prathyusha Koinannagari – advisor customer service from Appellate Mumbai team
I urge you to please take corrective action against my case.
