Hi team,
This is ridiculous, I recharged an idea prepaid number just now with the pack of 399 via airtel app. And when I selected that pack it was showing 20 rs discount in airtel app, so it automatically got converted in 379 rs( 399-20 discount). Which is ok but after recharge got successful I got the message of pack for 379 rs pack which gives u 84 days plan with6gb data.
Which is totally different with plan 399 which is for 56 days with 1.5 gb +1.5 gb data per day, what i recharged for. But I got a different plan.
I want my pack of 399 only whether you provide discount or not. How can you do a fraud by giving a discount and then converting it inoto different plan.
