Hi
I recharged an idea prepaid no. with 399 pack via airtel app. And it was showing 20 rs discount on that and when i selected that pack of 399 rs. As per the discount of 20 rs It automatically got converted into rs 379(399-20) amount. And i got the message of recharge successful with 379 pack instead of 399 pack. which i never requested for.
I want a pack of 399 only whether you give discount or not. How can you convert it into another pack.
