I done recharge in airtel sim from phone pay on 18 July and recharge got successfull from phonepay but in actual it did not got successfull.
so i talk with airtel they said we dint received recharge money so you talk with phone pay and phone pay saying we sent money to merchant(airtel)
I raised complaint but they closed it.
i checked bank transaction and money debited and sent to airtel but they are not reverting.
