I have used airtel thanks app and paid for my two recharges. Airtel says as there is no such transaction available in our system. No response for any email sent for past 1 month. Amazon says to contact airtel as money payment was approved from Amazon pay. This way both airtel and Amazon blame each other and I am the one who lost 1172 in this.
Worst part is that none is taking responsibility to contact the other company to rectify the problem.
