Amount debited from Debit card for Data Recharge (via Airtel mobile app) but Recharge failed, unable to raise complaint ticket for transaction using Airtel mobile application. Response from customer care 121@airtel.in is not satisfactory, I have described details via e-mail as other modes like calling 121/198 doesn’t resolve or address my issue.
