Hello Team
I am Rahul konda i was recently sold an airfiber in the month of may i had given a package of airtel black where in i did not want the dth as i already had one but still was given and i paid 7300rs for the same, now after installing my main thing was for internet which wasnt working fine i called up multiple time to complaint and get the issue resolved but all i heard was “yes we will fix it technical team will reach out” but nobody bothered and it was like that only, frustrated fed up i had given up i called up to cancel as i had enough the cancellation also took so much time as the response from your teams side is absolute pathetic, somehow it got canceled but i did not get to know as theres no notification as such and when i asked for the refund nobody had clue as to how when howmuch that’ll be i was told full refund but then they said our guy will come to collect the device i asked them multiple time to come between 3-5pm as i work nightshift so morning its not possible still they dint care..and the device is still here nobody is coming to get it , last when i spoke to customer care they said go to the store in terms of cncelation and refund as we cannot do anything from here, when i went to the store the store says the person who sold you this is the one who can do this when i called the person the person is very unprofessional doesnt respond to calls messages anyhting when he was selling me this till the money was sent he was fine like call me anytime kuch hua toh im there after that he vanished, somehow from the store when he got a call then he answered and said hojayega ive forwarded to my manager it’ll be done still nothing today again i went to the store from store spoke to the manager and now the manager says we cannot do anything once the account it active and then cancelled i do not understand the bullshit going on ..customer care says store can do it , store says the person who sold will do it and the person who sold his manager says customer services can do it im stuck i just thought i will get good internet for my work and that was the most pathetic decision of mine , ive been scammed by airtel specifically by The person who sold this to me (Jubair Baig-9356823368)extremely unprofessional and his manager (Viraj Jadhav- 9970318181) i have the records how many times ive called and texted these people but got no response, why do these people feel supreme its my money they have taken and they avoid me only.

All i want is my money back please i wanted to speak to someone from airtel customer service lines are nonsense as im not able to speak to anyone because it says the number entered is invalid and i cant get through anyone im very frustrated and i need that money its been 2 months now im still struggling with the nonsense decision i took of getting airtel airfiber..
and i need to raise a complaint ..ive attached the receipt of the payment
