I Have raised a complain in 9th of May 2024 that my air fiber is not working then the designated customer care person told me that this will get resolve with 24-48 hrs and from that day i been contiously calling you guys and they havent resolved the issue yet. My 1 month bill is fully wasted beacuse of these guyz and they are not even serious about it like i have to call them daily and they are just giving me excuses that please wait for some time we will assign a agent to you but no one is assigned till now. I am fustrated with service feels like why i have choosen airtel as they are not even serious about their customer.
