I purchased a vanity no 9596023000 from Airtel Store loan Brothers Baramulla Kashmir J and K circle for a payment of Rs 1800 . Rs 1500 as vanity no charges after 90 % discount scheme on vanity no charges and RS 300 as activation . I did an ekyc using Aadhar .
It was told that no will get activated within 4 hrs . When it did not happen I went to store next day and they said there is some issue with payment settlement . I told that I had paid in full from my side .
It was told that this is some issue from Airtel side . Next day I received a mail saying that services will get activated within 24 hrs but nothing happened till date .
I called customer care several times and they say no detail is showing up on there system so they cannot do anything . I asked them to register a complaint but they said unless my details are there in there system they cannot generate any complaint .
I contacted nodal officer jk circle for the same . They replied and wanted details of the sim and other details to process further till date no reply from there side also .
Now that is Airtel is unable to resolve this issue let them refund me the my amount and let me live peacefully rather than checking with Airtel store and customer care regularly for the activation .
