This is Srinivasa Rao, having Airtel Postpaid connection. My Mobile Number is 9XXXXX9063 I got a call from Mr. Dilip Kumar from your Airtel office (Mobile Number: +917659029615) and explained about the Airtel Post paid Family Add On connection. He called many times.. So, I convinced to change my spouse number to this plan. Again he called me on October 15th, 2018. Then I said, Okay I am interested. He sent his executive and finished the formalities, and handed over the sim by taking Rs.50/- He said that it will take 48 hours for activation. Actually my wife working for HSBC, and she is postpaid customer of Vodafone (Mobile Number: 9XXXXX8067). She sent message forMNP. The Vodafone network deactivated on October 17th, 2018 at 8.30 pm. Then she inserted the New Airtel SIM, and switched on.. From then till today it was not working. She is facing lot of problems. today we can’t live even 1 one day without mobile, it’s more difficult for working people.. Due to this their transport department was unable to reach her, and they are not coming for pickup. From that day, she is going by Private cab. I contacted the customer care people, they are saying that it will take 7 days to activate. How can a person can live with out any contact number for a period of 7 days? I contacted Mr. Vinod, now, he is saying that it will take 5 days for activation.. From that day daily I am contacting to the customer service people, and explaining the entire process. Even they are not providing the complaint number / reference number. We are facing lot of problems with this Airtel Service.
