Hi my name is Jayanthi Mani kanta Joga rao and I took a postpaid Dongle sim from Airtel on 15/02/2020, at the time of purchase they assured that the sim will activate after verification by 16/02/2020 evening without any delay.
I wait for whole day no one came for verification and they gave a contact number for any help but it was switched off when I tried to reach them. I tried to contact customer care they also didn’t help me for activation.
