dear respected sir
I have recharged 149 rupees for 28 8 days unlimited pack the expiry of this pack will be 19 03 2020 but on 18 03 2020 I got a message from Airtel for recharging upcoming pack so i recharged 598 rupees unlimited pack for or 84 days
I thought it will be activated after my expiry of my previous unlimited pack but they activated today. on that I have completed to Airtel customer care they are agreeing of their mistake but they are not resolving the problem because they told they don’t have any author to take decision. Please please kindly take a decision for this problem
