Hello,
I have been an airtel customer from 2005 and making prompt payments always. I have come on a business travel to US and I have never asked for activating ISD. In fact I requested for deactivating ISD through My Airtel app. And I received the message saying “ISD deactivated”.
Now when I login to My airtel app for making payment, I see the outstanding bill of 10,000 without utilising any of your services. I would like to raise a complaint against airtel for this unethical act and I am not going to make this payment whatsoever.
