Dear Airtel Team,
Refer to my mobile number 9862136969 I have buy this sim at 2006-07 that time when you guys promise and take Rs. 999 for lifetime incoming free now why my incoming is closed.
When i have paid Rs. 999/- for Lifetime Validity how they can reduce my Validity date. For this 999/- recharge I wasn’t given any talk-time this recharge was only for Lifetime Validity.
And why I have to recharge for incoming call when I have already paid for life time incoming plan. You guys need to restore my incoming services.
