Text of Complaint by Sangita Sarangi:

It has been 10 days i have paid for and opted for Airtel 999 plan but my plan is not activated yet. I have called to customer service 10 times and sent as many emails. They keep saying someone from back end team will call back. They are working on it etc but no resolution. They have not even explained what is the issue. Currently I am using the 799 plan since 2 yrs and recently decided to opt for 999 and no activation yet. Very pathetic service by Airtel. They have no regard for customers at all
