Dear sir..I am Bhupendra Bharti..I have been literally harassed by the Airtel Black services. Actually I am postpaid customer of airtel and just moved into airtel black services. However, I am add on a airtel DTH with stream box @1349 pack.
But, they installed in my house a simple airtel hd smart set of box and I stopped on spot to a engineer who came to my house for installation but engineer (vishal) and service provider (Roshan) both are forcing me to install the same and promised to change from HD smart to Extreme box on next day.
But no any updates came to me than I complained on airtel customer care about all of this but customer care tell me need to wait 30 days then only we upgraded the extreme box.
They have tortured and harassed me mentally pressure to use Hd box till 30 days which I don’t want as I am ordering a extreme box but airtel company was fraud with me
I am very disappointed and mentally exhausted by airtel company.
Please take necessary action agaimest them.
