Not sure how to begin this escalation mail. Countless reminders, numerous calls and still the service is pending.
We were asked to make a partial payment to keep our phone service uninterrupted and even after doing the payment, the incoming and outgoing calls on our phone numbers are blocked.
The customer care employee keeps telling us to give her 2 hours of time. Completely unhappy with such a service.
We are now posting on social media platforms and tagging higher management from Airtel to see if they can help us with the resolution.
Solution:
1. Restore all services immediately.
2. Upgrade the set top box to Xtreme by end of the day.
3. I will pay the bill immediately after both 1. & 2. Are complete.
