I want to bring in your notice that i was using airtel number 8715870607 and recently incoming calls and SMS was not working but outgoing was working. I contacted airtel customer care and for continues 5 days they said to wait for 3 hours and sometimes 24 hours and your number will work normally but on 18 may 2021 late in evening my number stopped to show network. On 20 may 2021 i contacted airtel customer care from other number and suddenly they said your number has been discontinued and you can not recharge neither port out due to bill payment of RS 50. But main issue is that i haven’t received any sms from airtel regarding any bill payment neither any sort of warning. Moreover when i was continuesly contacting airtel customer care for 5 days, they didn’t inform me of any such issue and if they would have done so i would have done recharge as Rs 10 recharge is not a big deal for me .
