I recently ported my sim from VI to AIRTEL since it had 5g unlimited packs and my phone has 5g internet capability so i recharged my phone with RS 299 FRC pack and it showed it has unlimited 5g with it . The 5g internet worked very well with pack data after the pack data finished the 5g isn’t even loading up the google search site it just stayed idle when i called the costume service number they told me the area your staying right now doesn’t have 5g compatibility so the unlimited pack won’t work
I checked it in they’re app and it shows your handset and area is 5g compatibile . But my data was used up all in 5g how it is possible this just scam they’re literally stealing people’s money thier pockets
