Hi,

I’ve enabled “Unlimited 5G” as per their offer listed in Airtel Thanks App.
In this it should provide unlimited 5G & I’m in 5G network. It got consumed my 4G data fully then it started 5G but all of sudden it moved to 4G network(without changing my physical location).

Now, i don’t have any data remain in my phone to do daily work..
Airtel is scamming people through it.

Kindly treat this is an urgent as thousands of customers may be scammed via this.
