Text of Complaint by HALKE AHIRWAR:

I have done an Airtel mobile recharge (Prepaid) for the number 910942…. on JUNE 28, 2020 amounted to Rs.249 through the SBIYONO app and have received the confirmation of the transaction being successful and the money being deducted from my bank account.

But unfortunately the recharge benefits have not been received yet. The Order Id is YONOABDI000040576471 and Operator/Reference number is 18007770926.
