My complaint is about the intereupted and sub standard service that I am getting for Airtel 4G internet. I have an Airtel postpaid connection and I am paying for my mobile internet every month. However, the service at my residence-8091, Fourth Floor, Khariya Mohalla, Roshanara Road, Delhi-110007 is incredibly poor. The websites keep on loading and in many major tasks and emergent situations my mobile internet has been of no use. Talking to the customer care executives was also of no avail as I was told to reset network settings or remove the sim card and re-insert it etc. which were also of no use as the problem persists. If it would have been a matter of a few instances of the internet not working then I would not have complained. But the persistence of this problem from over a month has forced me to complain. I am not at all getting the worth of the money that I am spending.
