I’m using Samsung galaxy F41. And both the sim slots are compatible for volte 4G but even after I choosing Volte 4g it’s not changing and showing only 2G network. I even complained to customer care but not yet solved. In sim card status it’s showing that IMS registration is not done and showing data network edge. And hence I’m receiving only 2G network…

Please fix this issue ..
