Dear Sir/Madam,
I am from Ratanpur, Dist. Bilaspur(C.G) pin code: 495442.
I am unable to use Airtel 4G(8978977602) in my home. for every call or for internet usage i have to come outside of home but their also we are getting very slow internet and network is also very poor.
even my brother Abhilash Mishra(9131381566), and my uncle Pramod kumar Mishra also using Airtel and they are also facing the same problem.
I have already raised complaint on 121@airtel.com but no response and no resolution, please suggest what to do.
