Dear sir, I am bijoy Das, a customer of your network. I have been using Airtel since 10 years. My residential address is vill- Banna, PO- Routhpur, Dist- Hooghly, state- West Bengal, pin- 712402. I have a complaint against your network. Airtel 4g network is not available well in our area. To get 4g, we have to go top floor of my house . 4g is not available at ground level. Call drop is also a problem. In present situation, to work from home, we shall need fast network. It’s not only my problem, it’s for all in our area. So in this circumstances, you are requested to take action against this problem, other than, we have to surrender your network changing network through PORT.
