Dear Team,
I am having Airtel 4G LTE SIM based Wifi connection for my home for the last 6 years. Though the connection is never up to the mark in terms of speed but still I could able to manage it. For the last 5 months note even single byte of upload/download is happening and Internet is completely blocked. Tried complaining several time, the auto generated SMS comes like ‘your complain is rectified’ though in reality its just a myth. The encourate customer to raise complain from Airtel app however when you go to Help and Support section of the app I could not able to find the 4G LTE number to select to proceed further, may be a known trap for their known poor service. Tried reaching nodal complain and escalation, team is so pathetic and unprofessional dont even both to resolve rather giving silliest lecture of using Airtel app to raise complain. Imaging people raising a nodal grievance escalation when issues are not sorted out and response coming to raise a request from faulty Airtel app. So much pissed of with the connection. Unnecessarily paying the rent like a charity months after month. I want Airtel should return all my 5 months paid amount and they should immediately cancel the line. I requested to cancel the line, that also they are not doing and simply bills are getting generated. Please help me to come out from the dictatorship and hulligance of Airtel service. Help me so that they cancel my line and return my paid bills for which I didnt even avail, rather no option to avoid single byte of data.
