Hi,
I am using Airtel Hotspot (910870606) since last 2 years, i am facing the internet speed issues, i have done several complaints but those are not resolved. They do an advertisement of 10 MBps speed but my 4G hotspot provides the speed of 100 Kbps which fluctuates and reaches to 0 Kbps sometimes. I am using an unlimited plan of Rs 999/month and i pay them Rs 1179 every month (including GST). I am frustrated with the service provided by Airtel, They should stop saying 10 MBps speed while selling the product.
