Hi..I am writing here for my Airtel 4G Hotspot device,which has been bought 3 months back. But unfortunately it stopped working since last month. I have visited Airtel Office,Dist- Nagaon, State-Assam 3 times in last one months, but not received any proper response yet.
Please have a look into it and ask you to provide the best services so that customers would not be suffer.
Because of your services team negligence, I have switched to Jio, still I am writing you, because you should know your service team bad response, which is applicable to many customers as like me.
