Sir/Madam
I live in Harraiya, Basti (272155 ).After having seen a high speed data promise from Airtel, I have joined the network. However, there has never been such a service to me. I have raised more than 10 times but they consoled me with petty excuses.
Now, I would like to know if they will solve the issue in Harraiya, Basti or not. I would like to get my money back which I spend on data as well.
There is nobody in Airtel to solve customer issues and they keep on bluffing that it is the greatest network in India. In my experience, they give a very inferior service – 0 -5kbps speed in 4G data.
I live in the town and I have a full network. I can make calls but I could never use data well. I use another network to send this mail too.
