Hi,
I was using airtel 4G data card, and facing very poor connectivity for a long time. 3 months back I raised a complaint regarding the issue with the data card. For a month I was getting calls from airtel executives but the issue was never resolved.
Instead every month I am getting billed. I don’t understand what that is bill for.
For keeping the data card ?
It;s been a quite long Airtel people are torturing me, one executive says pay this mount and rest will be waived off, then after I paid the amount in October, again I got bill for October with the remaining amount added to the bill. Then this continues.
Daily I am receiving calls, everything month I am getting increased amount bill. I am not using the service for over 3 months.
I raised a request this month to close the connection and whatever was fairly due amount, I will pay it.
I want this nonsense gets over, will never turn up to Airtel in the future.
