Hi ,
I’m karthick , using airtel for years ! Recently I recharged for 449rs but according to the plan i was supposed to get 2GB per day but in airtel thanks app it shows 1.5 GB per day , I need this issue to be resolved on priority basis . or else i will have to disconnect airtel services. Even i tried dropping an email to 121@in.airtel.com , but no response from them.
I need the missed out data to be reflected in my account too.
