On last 18apr I have purchased 448TK_28GB,700min monthly pack, till now I have checked my outgoing call duration is 320 min used only, but suddenly found my account balance is cut for outgoing, wheres have validity upto 18may, your system said 700min is finished.S I have to know how it possible, plz provide me my total outgoing call amount in details.
