Hello Sir,
I’m a airtel platinum customer. I’m using the plan of 499/- per month. I have many offers in my plan. But i’m not bale to use amazon prime videos. i went to airtel gallery for the complaint but they are not ready to take my complaint. my no. is 9987975570. I have already claimed amazon prime. But i am not able to use it now. recently i got the msg from airtel that you’ll be charged for 999/- in your next airtel bill. So i stopped the service that time. but now i am not able to start this service again. i dont know why.when i called amazon prime they said that from our side its on but you to reactivate it thru airtel. so i went to gallery and they did not accpt my complaint.
