Dear Airtel Team,
I have mailed in morning that my recharge was not done successfully & I want refund the amount. Now I received call from Mr Deepak Tiwari (91299 46958) that he will credit my money immediately & he require my ATMs card No, expiry date & CVV no.
I want to know that is this a process to refund amount?
Kindly do the needful & revert.
