Text of Complaint by Apurva Jain:

The service has been bad and in the past 2 months there have been several instances where the speed is pathetic. They take so much time to resolve the issue. I have asked the airtel store guy who sold me the plan to disconnect as its not solving my purpose and I have to pay so much for such a pathetic service. But he says I cant discontinue earlier than 4 months. This is weird as they dont provide service and still compel the user to use the service and pay the bill.
