Airtel broadband is facing an unplanned outage for past 48 hours on most of the places in Chennai. Whenever a customer reaches the call centre, Airtel representative simply say your issue will get resolved in another 3 hours, it’s mother promise 😋. They keep on repeating this words over the past 48 hours and I made around 12 plus calls, till issue is not resolved. Why they should run a business by making false promise to customers. Definitely Airtel will move out of telecommunication race in near future with this useless backend team.
