Text of Complaint by Anagha Yashodhan Deshpande:

dear sir

we have requested to port my number from Vodafone to Airtel. Airtel had given me SIM card for the same. I lost the same without Activation. I calmed Mr. Govind Gaur and informed him. Monday 10th June 2019 I visited to Airtel collected new SIM card. Airtel employees assured me that SIM Will be activated within 8 hours. I tried many times but Mrs. Saraswati on this number  09665496986 were not receiving  to the calls. She were only texted me to please msg. As of now my number has been not yet activated due to this matter I lost my credibility in the market I couldn’t use my phone banking or any other services I Couldn’t respond to my customers..

it’s mental and financial trouble for me. Kindly take strict action against the same.
