Greetings.

This is Rajni Nainani writing you this complaint to acknowledge you about an issue I am facing.

On 7th may 2019, I purchased a plan for 6gb 165 days. But I misread it as 6gb per day and bought it. And now my 6gb data is over. I called up the call center and they told I have no way around other than recharging with extra GB which is too expensive.

I wish to reverse the plan or cancel it right away and help me in purchasing another plan. If nothing I will work I will be forced to leave Airtel and join some other network.
