My moblie no is 9654792163.Airtel gave me lifetime incoming validity validity when i first tike recharge. But i got a message from airtel that your outgoing service will stopped on 1 december 2018 and icoming ing on 16 december. When i talked to customer executive and said that airtel had provided me lifetime validity how can you stop. she said its company’s policy and company can change it at any time if you want to use the service you have to recharge there is not other option available . How can they abort my incoming validity when they earlier provided me lifetime validity.
