Sir,
I am a customer of Airtel, I am to say that for 15 days my problem is unable to resolve by the service providers and after repeated request ID raised in Airtel Thanks my issue is unable to resolve the screenshot is attached for your reference. Further I also to say that the Partner ID shared to me regarding Amazon Prime via SMS to my registered mobile i.e., 9040711780 which I am also attached may kindly be verified, in this related I have contacted the Amazon Prime customer they said the Partner ID shared to me is linked to someone else customer, the mails is also attached to you for your reference.
Hene, instead of resolving the issue the airtel service provider is dragging the issue, so i would request you to take appropriate action in this regard to short out my issue at earlies.
