Went to Airtel for name change / transfer of sim from my mother. I went to Airtel showroom 3 times spending Rs 600/- ( Rs 200 each time). They jeep saying job will be done, paperwork submitted 10 days ago. I’m yet to receive anything, my phone service was cut. Now what to do . Usman Road T. nagar, Chennai.
