Airtel has taken advance money for 6 months for broadband connection and has not provided services fully. From the time connection has been provided there has been frequent disconnections and repair for the same takes up to 4 days no help is rendered when called for help. Engineer/ technicians do not answer the call. And no refund is given back to the customer when asked for disconnections.
