UNABLE TO GENERATED UPC CODE
this is in regards to my mobile no
1. i have been tried to generate upc code by sending mesg to 1900, but upc code not generated with message
UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.
2. i have made lots of complain to twitter account of airtel , call 121/198/ emails , still my problem is unresolved , instead i got so many call asking how do i like airtel service in a break of 5 -10 min whole which is now unbearable and uncomfortable,
different kind of reasons were giving on email
a. u have more than 9 connection in my name ( i checked on tafcop -its only 6 )
b. upc already generated , and its valid for 4 days ( No upc generated )
c. your mobile no is registered as company owned connection contact your company coordinator.
sir i have been harassed , so iam going to filled case against full airtel customer care and all who are part of airtel for my harassment
