Text of Complaint by Minakshi:

Airtel broadband complaint . I have lodged complaint from 1st July 2022 and today is 4th July Airtel has not taken action on my internet problem . We are working from home and due to no internet we faced difficulties for 4 days . Not a single technician has bothered to see this case . From 1st July to today I must have made 20 calls to customer care but every they befool me by saying that our technician is working on it and your problem will resolve within four hours . Due to the negligence of airtel we have faced lot of problems . We couldn’t pay our utility bills , couldn’t work from home .
