I am facing this issue since a few weeks
I woke up and then downloaded 10-12 Spotify songs and then I got a message from airtel saying ‘50% alert’. Then I proceeded to watch YT Videos on 360p (changing to 360p after every video!) and after 1 and a half hour ‘90% alert’.
I didn’t use my phone the previous night and as it was switched off. I just used it merely for 3 hours.
On the other hand, I used my brother’s hotspot (JIO), he had already used 50% of 1.5GB, then I downloaded 20 songs on Spotify and 2 1 hour long podcasts and still he didn’t receive 90% alert.
They are giving 700mb internet in the name of 1.5GB.
This is full cheating and also their plans are costlier than of other networks as VI also gives free subscriptions & JIO’s plans are around 600 instead of 720!!!
