I had ordered 2nd gen airpods from Flipkart on big billion day sale. The seller is Treasure Haul. The case of the airpods has a couple of scratches on it and i am in serious doubt of its authenticity. When I asked Flipkart to return the product they raised their hands stating that they have a no return policy on this product. I feel cheated as for a discount of 5 k I have spoiled my 20k hard earned money. Never 3very buy anything from Flipkart.

In Flipkart Due to non return policy, Open box delivery is done so during the delivery time its we have to take extra care and inspect the product for any damage and its authenticity by verifying the serial number with apple website if defect in the product noticed straight away reject the product to accept the product.
