I have booked two flights in Travolook on 4th and 5th June with reference id REF660091029, REF153605078. one booking was cancelled due to some technical issues said by the customer service and for the other one after booking the ticket I got a call from customer service as the fair was increased by 700 if you pay the remaining your ticket will get confirmed I said no so my second ticket has also got cancelled but till now I haven’t got my refund back as they said they refund back in 10 days
I have tried to call for customer care there is no response from the given number 0124-643-4800 and also i have also mailed them but no response from there too.
please take a strict action among this Trav0look company
