Respected Sir,
this is with reference to my airline booking PNR # MG41YF Booked on 23rd January 2020 Journey Dated : 22nd. March, 2020
on the date of journey Government had declared Janta Curfew and all transportation along with airlines closed completely and after that Complete Lockdown, in this situation I was helpless, because I had purchased my tickets for my family on my BAJAJ EMI CARD during lockdown I had paid my full EMI now I am asking my money airlines as well as Agent (Make my trip) offering me shell points with validity
I request you to plz kindly help me to get my money back because of lockdown I am running out of cash as well as facing financial losses
