Spicejet decided to change the timing of their flight (prepond) due to which I missed my connecting flight. since I was going to miss my connecting flight I asked them to cancel my Spicejet flight and give me a full refund to which they are saying we cannot give you a full refund as you are cancelling the ticket whereas the reason for cancellation of ticket is due to them propounding the flight by 25 mins.
