I booked a oneway trip flight tickets from Kolkata to Jaipur on 13.11.2021 and the amount has been deducted from my account but the tickets were not booked from the travel look’s end
suddenly I received cancellation notification(REF980354915) and it was mentioned that refund will be processed in 10-15 working days which is a huge time compared to other airlines, I waited for 4.5 months and still no refund. Please look into this matter.
